Valentine’s Day: Talking About Freedom And love

Freedom and love go together“.

Jidda Krishnamurti

Whether you are a Valentine fan or an Anti-Valentine type of person, Valentine’s story is a strong story about letting love spread freely.

A Roman priest called Valentine goes against emperor’s will that prohibits soldiers to be married. He pays his disobedience to stop soldiers’ marriages with imprisonment and death sentence. He was proclaimed Martyr and Saint and honored on February 14th.

Truth or legend? Are there many Valentines or just one? No matter what the message is clear and no one disagrees: we can’t forbid love. Love always finds the way to be fulfilled even with the ultimate sacrifice.

Happy Valentine’s day ♥
