There are several words to express light purple shades like lilac, lavender, violet, plum, and even heliotrope. Whether your favorite purple shade is, this color expresses power, creativity, and wisdom in psychology and it may enhance some of them in your space. And, this doesn’t mean that we have to decorate our home office from ceiling to floor with purple. I guess this could be a very challenging project. The meaning is to add stylish purple and lilac statement pieces and cute details to our home office area.

First of all, lilac and other purple shades function well with neutral palettes. White, black, beige, and tan work harmonically together. And, metallics like gold, brass, and silver empower the luxurious character of the purple aesthetic.
So, with a comfy lilac desk chair and gold desktop organizers, we can instantly give a sophisticated look to a basic white desk in our home office.

I love how you have mixed and match the pieces ! Gold and white are for me the best matches for this very challenging colour.
A friend of mine did her daughter studio in purple/lilac/hotpink and green and I felt she did a little too much…the room is quite small and dark and fount it pretty charged !

Thank you so much for your comment!!! So glad you like it!!! I think that the combination of all these colors could become tricky. As far as I know, experts recommend cool shades in small spaces in order to give a feel of expansion and freshness 😉
