Mood board: The Golden Rule

This January I didn’t write any post for my 2018 resolutions, although I want to introduce some new routines in my daily program (like go for running early in the morning, etc. ), or to continue some practices that they have helped the previous year.

The reason that I didn’t write this post is that now I know that these resolutions will fail if I don’t follow the golden rule. What is this golden rule? All we know it I guess… It’s to stick with our decisions no matter what… Even if we forget our goals or our program once or twice, the next day we must continue doing exactly what we were doing. Even if we feel we are bored, or tired, or that this process may have lost its meaning because the achievement is far too much.

So before our list of resolutions, don’t forget to add this title: We must stick with them!
